Kuk Sool Won of San Francisco

Our Junior Cranes and Cranes learn & practice together and help each other to achieve new goals. It’s a fun way to improve fitness, to tone the body, gain flexibility and coordination, and increase powers of concentration. The curriculum is so broad that there will always be something new and interesting to learn - for beginners as well as those with prior martial arts experience. Our Cranes classes emphasize self-control, mutual respect, teamwork and goal setting/achievement, all while advancing through the WKSA official curriculum and belts. Classes are offered twice a week (check out our class schedule). Enrollment is ongoing as long as there is space in the class. Please submit your information to schedule your free first class.
